Orders placed before 2pm (Pacific) Monday to Friday usually ship the same day! Otherwise they often shipped the next business day.

General Shipping Help

If your order has not shipped within 1 business day please contact us. This can mean there's a fraud or address correction hold on the order. If your order was placed on Friday after 2pm (Pacific), it will be shipped the following business day (usually Monday).

You will get a tracking email once your order has shipped. You can also view tracking info in your account page.

There is limited delivery to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. destinations. For best shipping delivery times avoid using P.O. Boxes or A.P.O destination. However if you ship to these addresses, please expect extra delays in delivery.

Shipping Within the U.S.

Simply add the items in your cart and enter the calculate shipping tool. It will provide you with options and delivery dates. Generally you can receive your items as soon as the next business day or as late as 5 business days.

Shipping Outside of the U.S.

Some countries impose additional custom taxes and fees for imported items. Please contact your local government agency for these fees. The customs clearing process often causes delays. Please account for these delays.

Shipping to Canada is generally faster than other countries outside the U.S. On average it takes 7-10 days but can take up to 21 days since the transit times are not guaranteed. We offer a flat rate shipping of $9.99 outside the U.S.
