90 Day Return Policy

 

Although most stores prohibit the return of swim & undergarments, we believe it provides an essential service and piece of mind knowing you have the option of a return.

Please inspect your items once you receive them. We can accept returns that are postmarked and shipped out within 90 days of receiving them with these conditions:

  1. FINAL SALE ITEMS: Panties, underwear, custom items, make-up, gift cards, electronic gift certificates, items marked as "Final Sale", and store credits are all final sale items. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
  2. NEW CONDITION: All items are to be in new condition with tags, hygienic liners, packaging, boxes, in original condition. Items should also be unsoiled, have no evidence of fragrance, and have not been washed.

Direct exchanges where we swap one item for another are not possible since we cannot guarantee the desired item will be in stock. However, you may simply send back the item(s) you wish to exchange for store credit towards the new item(s).

To Exchange:

  • Go to your order history page: My Account.

  • Click on the order that you'd like to return and follow the instructions to create an RMA.

  • Print the RMA and send your item(s) back within 90 days of the order delivery date. Ensure that tags are attached, and items are in New Condition.

  • When your package reaches our facilities and is processed by our Returns Department, you will be issued an immediate refund or store credit to use towards any item sitewide.

If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, or items different from what you have ordered, please contact Customer Support for assistance.

We are happy to resolve the issue for you. :)

  1. Damaged, defective or wrong items sent to you.

  2. Unworn items in New Condition with tags attached and original packaging such as shoe boxes and sanitary liner (for swimwear) in tact.

  1. Items outside of the 90 day return period

  2. Items missing tags and/or not in New Condition.

  3. Undergarments such as underwear, panties, corsets, lingerie

  4. Gift cards, electronic gift certificates, store credits.

  1. Please make sure the items you are returning are unworn items in New Condition with tags attached and original packaging such as shoe boxes and sanitary liner (for swimwear) in tact.

  2. Go to your order history page: My Account. Find the order you'd like to return and follow the instructions to create an RMA (return merchandise authorization).

  3. Print the RMA and include it with your returned items. Follow the instructions and return address on the RMA form.

  4. You may use any shipping company of your choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ship your return package back to us.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
